Since its inception in 1981, OSVSWA has remained committed to the principles of social justice, community empowerment, sustainable development, and inclusive growth. Our organization works with marginalized communities, farmers, women, youth, children, and vulnerable groups across Odisha to improve livelihoods, strengthen local institutions, promote health and education, and advance environmental sustainability.

We believe that meaningful change is possible only through collective action and active community participation. Through our partnerships with government agencies, national and international organizations, philanthropic institutions, charity organizations, individual donors, academic institutions, and civil society networks, we continue to implement innovative and impactful programs that address the evolving needs of society.
