The governing board, comprising members from diversified disciplines, provides strategic navigation to OSVSWA in management affairs. The management structure consists of two wings; the policy making domain, executed by Executive Body and operational domain, executed by Executive Director along with consultants.

Policy Making Wing
At present, the organization is having 7 members in Executive Body to asses and overview activities and performances, adhering to the mission and vision of the organization. The policy making is headed by the Secretary.

Operational Wing
This wing is spearheaded by Executive Director, who looks after the entire gamut of organizational affairs, being supported by the Executive Members, Programme Managers and consultants.
